The brief

Post Op is an exciting AI-powered health tech company with a simple but important goal, to prevent lives being lost to post-operative infection. The innovative new company needed a website to take the brand and its app to market.

4.2 million people die within 30 days of surgery each year

Post Op aims to achieve its goal by giving patients the ultimate post-operative recovery experience, while giving clinical teams far greater insights and patient access, through AI-empowered communication.

38% of post surgery infections are surgical site infections

This recovery experience will be delivered through an app, with a distinctive user-friendly look, feel and functionality.

With the app ready to deliver the promise, Post Op needed a website in the same brand tone of voice that would engage with very different audiences: surgeons and their clinical teams, patients and potential investors.

The solution

A beautiful dynamic website that captures the brilliance of the app, engages, explains and works for all audiences.

We worked closely, from afar. The CEO and I were in the UK, while the design team was in Milan. Together we ensured the dynamic website captured the essence of the app.

Tone of voice and accessibility were critical. The website needed clear, engaging, jargon-free copy that can be easily understood by all.
