The brief

Create a new website that captures the tone of voice of this friendly professional practice, while highlighting the many areas of service available in plain jargon-free English.

The solution

After talking to the partners, it was clear a friendlier, more personable tone of voice was needed for this team of caring and thoughtful solicitors.

They also needed a way of standing out from their competitors, and making the most of their location worked perfectly for this local firm with its many long-standing clients.

Language was softened, key words introduced and a distinct look, sound and feel introduced across the whole of the website. Much to the approval of the partners as well as the rest of the team.

Project Manager and Copywriter - Michelle Power

Designer - Annie Hall at Phase Two

Web Developer - Ronald Gijsel at Webbees

We asked Michelle to create a new and improved website, with a distinct tone of voice reflecting our professional yet approachable nature, written in clear English, with a modern look and feel.

As well as writing and wordsmithing, Michelle was the PM, and recommended and engaged with the designer and website builder on our behalf.

Michelle was brilliant, she came up with great and creative ideas, she was responsive and delivered a result which we are proud of.

She communicated well throughout the process and dealt with our feedback constructively. She was positive and proactive, and a real pleasure to work with.

As well as creating our new website, Michelle now manages updates and improvements on our behalf and always responds quickly, and comes up with new ideas and suggestions to help us improve traffic and engagement with the website.
